Admin & Operations Assistant

About the Role:

LenX Energy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day project coordination and back-office operations. You will play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving — handling paperwork, managing inventory records, supporting compliance tasks, and assisting with internal workflows like onboarding and scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process documents for EVN grid connection approvals.

• Support contract preparation, client records, and project scheduling.

• Track inventory and coordinate with field teams on stock usage and restocking needs.

• Assist with onboarding documentation and internal team checklists.

• Register product warranties with suppliers and maintain warranty records.

• Maintain compliance files for solar projects, including permits and approvals.

• Liaise with the sales, technical, and installation teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administration, operations, or project coordination is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.

• Basic familiarity with office software (Excel, Google Drive, or equivalent).

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• Professional communication skills in Vietnamese; English ability is a plus.

• Based in Da Nang or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the solar or construction industry.

• Familiarity with EVN paperwork or local permitting processes.

• Ability to track inventory using spreadsheets or inventory management tools.
