Sales & Client Success Manager

About the Role:
LenX Energy is looking for a motivated and bilingual Sales & Client Success Manager to help us connect more households and businesses with clean energy solutions. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide prospects through the sales funnel — from first contact to final handover — while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. You'll also work closely with the installer and project manager to ensure smooth delivery and look for opportunities to upsell value-added services like battery storage and system monitoring.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build trust with a diverse range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to leads, schedule consultations, and guide customers through our sales process.

Present solar solutions clearly and confidently, adapting to residential and commercial clients.

Prepare and send proposals and quotations, with support from the technical team.

Follow up on open leads and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities.

Coordinate with the installer and project manager to ensure timely project delivery.

Proactively upsell batteries, smart monitoring systems, and service packages.

Track client satisfaction and ensure a high-quality post-installation experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, client success, or business development (solar or tech preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (bilingual preferred).

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, persuasive language.

Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and timelines.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with technical teams.

Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal software, or project tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Background or strong interest in solar energy or sustainability.

Previous experience in B2C or B2B consultative sales.

Comfortable conducting both in-person and remote consultations.
