Project Manager – Commercial Installations

About the Role:

LenX Energy is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale solar installations for resorts, factories, and commercial buildings. You’ll be responsible for overseeing every stage of delivery — from contractor coordination and scheduling to quality assurance and final handover. This role is ideal for someone with a background in EPC or construction project management who’s ready to drive clean energy adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee commercial solar PV installations from start to finish.

• Manage subcontractors, internal field teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate delivery and staging of equipment to site based on project milestones.

• Conduct quality control and ensure installations meet LenX and regulatory standards.

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on project status and risks.

• Resolve site issues promptly and document all changes or deviations.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, solar, or EPC environments.

• Strong knowledge of site workflows, contractor coordination, and safety practices.

• Experience managing multi-week or multi-phase commercial projects.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Vietnamese; working English proficiency preferred.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in solar PV, electrical, or mechanical engineering is a plus.

• Familiarity with QA/QC protocols and project reporting tools.

• Ability to manage budgets, scope, and subcontractor contracts.
