Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

LenX Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and equipment for our solar projects. From coordinating international and domestic orders to handling import paperwork and cost control, this role is central to keeping projects on track and on budget. You'll work closely with our engineering and installation teams to ensure that every component arrives on time and meets our quality standards.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in logistics, understands supplier relationships, and is passionate about clean energy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders with EPC solution providers and equipment suppliers in China and Vietnam.

• Handle procurement paperwork, including contracts, purchase orders, and import documentation.

• Track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of components to site or warehouse.

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing or lead times where possible.

• Monitor inventory and reorder critical components to prevent shortages or delays.

• Maintain warranty records, performance specs, and certifications for all key equipment.

• Support internal teams by aligning delivery timelines with project schedules.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination.

• Familiarity with international shipping processes and Vietnamese import procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software.

• Communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English (for supplier coordination).

• Attention to detail and cost-conscious mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the solar, construction, or electrical industries.

• Familiarity with inverters, panels, batteries, and mounting systems.

• Understanding of equipment warranties, datasheets, and compliance documents.
