About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lead Solar & Battery Installer to join our growing team in Da Nang. In this role, you will oversee the installation and commissioning of solar PV and battery systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will lead a team on-site, ensure projects meet technical standards, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a motivated technician or electrical engineer with strong technical knowledge and field experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the on-site installation of solar and battery storage systems.

  • Ensure full compliance with MOIT regulations and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with engineers, clients, and subcontractors during site preparation and installation.

  • Perform quality checks and ensure proper system commissioning and technical handover.

  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide technical solutions in real-time.

  • Document installation progress, maintenance logs, and final reporting.

  • Train and supervise junior technicians and apprentices.

Requirements:

  • MOIT Solar Installation License is mandatory.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar PV or electrical system installation.

  • Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, system layouts, and solar/battery technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead installation teams and manage site activities independently.

  • Familiarity with Vietnam’s electrical codes and renewable energy regulations.

  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

  • Physically fit, comfortable working at heights, and willing to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in electrical engineering or related technical field.

  • Experience working with hybrid or off-grid systems.

  • Vietnamese language fluency required; English proficiency is a plus.
