Junior Installer / Apprentice

About the Role:

LenX Energy is offering an exciting entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals to kickstart their career in clean energy. As a Junior Installer / Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced solar technicians, learning how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial solar systems. This is a hands-on role with structured on-the-job training in safety, tools, and system standards — ideal for someone looking to grow into a certified solar professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead installers with mounting solar panels, running cabling, and setting up equipment.

• Learn and follow safety procedures, tool use, and site protocols.

• Assist with transportation, lifting, layout, and clean-up during site work.

• Receive training in solar installation techniques, diagnostics, and maintenance.

• Help document installation processes and learn system components over time.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops or ladders.

• Eager to learn and grow in the solar or electrical field.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions closely.

• Basic understanding of tools, measurements, or electrical work is a plus.

• Based in or willing to work in Da Nang and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or hands-on work experience in a technical or construction field.

• Interest in pursuing MOIT certification or technical training in the future.

• Familiarity with basic electrical safety and power tools.
