About the Role:

LenX Energy is seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Customer Support & Monitoring Technician to ensure our installed solar systems continue delivering top performance. You’ll be the first to respond to remote alerts, support clients with troubleshooting and warranties, and schedule regular servicing. Your work will build long-term trust and satisfaction, helping clients understand their systems and maximize their investment in clean energy.

This is an excellent role for someone with a technical background who enjoys solving problems and supporting people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor solar system performance via remote monitoring platforms.

  • Respond to alerts and system faults, escalating technical issues when necessary.

  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and provide clear system explanations.

  • Coordinate warranty claims and service requests with suppliers and field teams.

  • Schedule and track annual maintenance visits with clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of service history, issues, and resolutions.

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and system uptime.


Requirements:

  • Technical or electrical background; solar experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese (English is a bonus).

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to non-technical users.

  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools or interest in learning them.

  • Organized and responsive, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, online support tools, and tracking systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, tech support, or system monitoring.

  • Familiarity with solar inverters, monitoring portals (e.g. SolarEdge, SMA, Huawei).

  • Basic understanding of warranties and product servicing workflows.
